Most people can’t live without ‘their’ coffee. Many stop at one cup per day while other people drink several cups a day. When I ask how they feel about it, most respond that it is a vice but can’t do without it or just enjoy it too much to give up.

Determination and commitment are essential. Finding the approach that is a lasting lifestyle choice rather than a ‘diet’ is necessary. Some benefit by making a slow transition and change, while others make a more dramatic change. We can explore the positive and negative aspects to each approach.
There is an emotional and physical component to our relationship with food. We will explore aspects of why we tend to return to consuming ‘unhealthy’ foods and how to break the cycle of food addiction.
