Eczema is a term that refers to an atopic form of dermatitis. It’s general symptom is an inflammation of the skin. It produces a scaling, flaking, thickening, weeping, crusting, bumpy, color changing, and often itching of the skin.
We will discuss in this workshop:
-What causes Eczema?
Allergy, Deficiency, Toxemia, Stress, Digestive Issue
-What will help eliminate Eczema?
-What will help relieve the symptoms of Eczema until the issue is solved?
Although, I am not a doctor I have researched this condition in detail. To cure Eczema means doing your own detective work to discover its cause. I suffered from an extreme case of Eczema due to a deficiency of Essential Fatty Acids15 years ago. I was able to completely cure myself of eczema until 2020. I was able to treat it naturally and have found relief. We will look at the possible cause verses the trigger to this condition. I have a tremendous amount of information to share with you on this subject. I am here to offer help.

Why do we overeat time and time again? Why do we make poor diet choices while we want to be healthy? What makes losing weight so difficult? These and many other vital questions are addressed in this interactive discussion on Zoom with your host, Donna Perrone.
Our approach to successful weight loss will be by going plant-based vegan. There are various ways to experience a vegan diet. What may work for one person may not work for another person. We will explore the options that do work.
Perhaps, you are only looking to lose a few pounds after the ‘recent lock-down’ or have a long time love / hate relationship with food and need some inspiration again to make better choices.
Determination and commitment are essential. Finding the approach that is a lasting lifestyle choice rather than a ‘diet’ is necessary. Some benefit by making a slow transition and change, while others make a more dramatic change. We can explore the positive and negative aspects to each approach.
There is an emotional and physical component to our relationship with food. We will explore aspects of why we tend to return to consuming ‘unhealthy’ foods and how to break the cycle of food addiction.
Food is one aspect to having a healthy weight. Embracing a healthy lifestyle encompasses many things. Some people feel blocked in maintaining a exercise practice, stress management, and self care in their life. All are food for thought in our discussion.Seeking ways to get ‘unstuck.’
